Real Impact, Real Adoption

In Fall 2024, I led the rollout of ChatGPT adoption at a national tech-enabled services company, reaching over 2,500 employees and aligning usage with business goals like SMART targets across teams and verticals.

Through hands-on workshops with 850+ employees, I helped make responsible AI adoption practical, approachable, and self-sustaining...all without initial top-down buy-in.
